Led by Sous Chef Alfred Gonzales, the culinary team has put together a mix of classic German fare presented in true Restaurant Gwendolyn fashion.

Course No. 1 | Amuse Bouche | Bratwurst with sweet mustard, sauerkraut and a whole wheat spätzle.
Course No. 2 | Soup | This Carbonnade, a hearty beef and beer stew with potato crisps and charred onion, will be paired with the HighWheel Oktoberfest , a dark, malty Bavarian wheat ale classic. (Beer Style: Dunkelweizen | 5.40% ABV | 15 IBU | 24 SRM)
Course No. 3 | Steckerlfisch | Paired with HighWheel Betty, a crisp, refreshing classic from Koln, Germany, this ‘aufgespießt’ and glazed white fish is served with green beans, fish crisp & malt-vinegar dijonnaise. (Beer Style: Kolsch | 5.75% ABV | 21 IBU | 3 SRM)
Course No. 4 | Quail Brathendl | Paired with the S.A. Hefe, a hazy, malty Bavarian wheat ale, and served with a potato salad, whole wheat ptzel, pickles, house mustard and herb-compound butter. (Beer Style: Hefeweizen | 5.40% ABV | 15 IBU | 5 SRM)
Course No. 5 | Apfel Birne Torte | This apple and pear pie with apple chip, spiced streusel and Porter ice cream with hot karamell is naturally paired with the HighWheel Porter, an American take on the English classic. (Beer Style: Porter | 6.10% ABV | 41 IBU | 25 SRM)
Dinner is for adults over the age of 21. Seating is at 7PM. $75 via Eventbrite.
