This year's participants include: Chef Jess Perez from Barbaro, Botika and Chef Geronimo Lopez, Chef RJ Ocampo with Creative Eats, Chef Ernie Bradley from Kimura, Chefs Amie Brown and Andrew Lopez from The Hoppy Monk, Chef Pedro Cuellar and Bartender Ana Cabrera with Liberty Bar, and the culinary teams from Rosella and Piatti.
Get to the event early to vote for your favorite flavor to be crowned the People's Choice, while the judging panel picks their top flavor naming it the Helado Borracho, San Antonio’s Official Ice Cream.
4th Annual judging panel includes, food writer Ron Bechtol, President & CEO of SA2020 Molly Cox, San Antonio Current's Food & Nightlife Editor Jessica Elizarraras, City of San Antonio District 5 Councilwoman Shirley Gonzales, H-E-B Director of Insights and the First Lady of San Antonio Erika Prosper, and Executive Director of the San Antonio Cocktail Conference Cathy Siegel.
Admission of $10 gets you ice cream samples for the night with ticket proceeds benefiting a San Antonio non-profit, CAM, Contemporary Art Month
