The culinary team led by Il Forno's Head Chef Jason Garcia explored a menu of locally sourced ingredients and fresh-cured house-fare. Dinner is for adults over the age of 21. Seating is at 7PM.

Course No. 1 | Hot Brats and Rot | This “cool” serving of braised and seared brats with cold German sweet & sour red cabbage will be paired with S.A. Hefe, a hazy, malty Bavarian wheat ale. (Beer Style: Hefeweizen | 5.40% ABV | 15 IBU | 5 SRM)
Course No. 2 | Egg on your face | Pizza with Eggplant puree, Porchetta di testa, roasted tomato, house pickled banana peppers, and pecorino romano will be paired with HighWheel Betty, a light and bright classic style from Koln, Germany. (Beer Style: Kolsch | 5.75% ABV | 21 IBU | 3 SRM)
Course No. 3 | Tongue & Cheek | Paired with HighWheel Porter, an American take on the English classic, this Porter-braised beef cheek will be served with tongue confit, stewed vegetables and gorgonzola Kennebec potatoes. (Beer Style: Porter | 6.10% ABV | 41 IBU | 25 SRM)
Course No. 4 | Puddin’ Blues | Coq Hardi, a refreshing summer brew of Belgian farmers, will be paired with a blueberry ciabatta bread pudding and Guanciale maple gelato. (Beer Style: Saison | 5.75% ABV | 21 IBU | 4 SRM)
